Order processing and delivery was outstanding instructions were very good and as a friend of mine says READ SLOWLY and if you do you will not have any issues. Packaging could be a little better had damage on couple of shelves. The only item left is to hang our floor length mirror on the end wall. We are very happy with our remodeled closet! The only negative thing I can say is that the wood is soft and dents easily.
